1. Overview
At Glaxyronasvyxao, we take pride in the quality of our Levatrix products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have received a faulty or incorrectly supplied item, we are here to help. This Return Policy operates in addition to and does not exclude, restrict or modify your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
2. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
3. Voluntary Returns — Change of Mind
In addition to your statutory rights, we accept change-of-mind returns under the following conditions:
- The return request is submitted within 30 days of the order delivery date;
- The product is unopened, in its original sealed packaging and in resalable condition;
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is provided;
- You contact us before returning any item to obtain a Return Authorisation reference.
We are unable to accept returns of opened or partially used products due to hygiene and safety regulations applicable to consumable supplement products.
4. Faulty or Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We may ask for photographs of the item and packaging to assist in assessing your claim. In such cases, you are entitled to a remedy as provided under the Australian Consumer Law, which may include repair, replacement or a full refund.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To begin the returns process:

- Provide your order number, full name and a brief description of the reason for return;
- We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorisation reference and return instructions;
- Please do not send items back without a Return Authorisation — unreferenced returns cannot be processed.
6. Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. For faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
7. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or partially used products;
- Products returned without a Return Authorisation reference;
- Products returned beyond the 30-day change-of-mind window (unless covered by statutory consumer guarantees).
